Breathe Deep, Move Freely — Reconnect with Nature Through Outdoor Yoga
Outdoor Yoga Sessions
By Isabella
Finding Stillness in Nature
Twice a week, I open up my practice to the beauty of the outdoors — where the sky becomes our ceiling, and the earth gently holds us. These sessions are held in peaceful, natural spaces here in the Lincolnshire Wolds, where the birdsong, breeze, and sunlight become part of the practice. Outdoor yoga is a chance to breathe more deeply, move more freely, and feel truly grounded. There’s something magical about connecting to nature while connecting to yourself — it softens the edges of a busy mind and invites you to simply be. Whether you’re brand new or returning to the mat, these sessions are open to all, and always held with warmth, care, and community. Come as you are — and leave feeling lighter.

Qualifications
My journey as a teacher has been shaped by a deep desire to heal — first myself, and now others. In 2018, I became a Registered Yoga Teacher after many years of personal practice. Since then, I’ve continued to grow, completing training in Yin Yoga, meditation, and spiritual coaching.
Following my own experiences with birth trauma, I qualified as a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist in 2022 — a turning point that allowed me to truly support women in recovery. And in 2025, I fulfilled a long-held dream of becoming a certified Ayurveda Therapist, weaving together the wisdom of yoga and Ayurveda into a holistic, heart-led practice.
I’m proud to be a member of Yoga Alliance Professionals — but more than anything, I teach from lived experience, intuition, and love. Always learning, always evolving.
